The Mobile Access tab on the Mobile311 Admin Site allows you to change the layout of the buttons on the mobile app and lock specific mobile app settings. *Note: These options only apply to Android devices.
The Admin Site in Mobile311 is only accessible for users with the Web Administrator Security Level.
- To access the Admin Site, click on the Admin Site link located in the upper right corner of your Mobile311 portal after you log in.
